Component: Text Element
This is a text element. You can do text formatting, such as bold text, italics, underline, superscript2, subscript2, heading formats, code blocks, and hyperlinks. For NZXGroup, if you'd like to add text on a page, then you should create a text element, and then link it to the page in the sections field.
You can also do lists, quotes, numbered lists, horizontal lines, and tables.

Demo - Photo Article
This is a photo article component. You can render rich text like bold or italics etc.
Use this for displaying photo article types. news articles are rendered with text on the left, and an image on the right where the image is full bleed (no spacing on the right edge). Dates and links are ignored, while buttons are rendered.
Video articles have no description. If you want to have any articles side by side, then have them in a Collection.

Demo - News Article
This is a news article component. You can render rich text like bold or italics etc.
Use this for displaying news article types. news articles are rendered with text on the left, and an image on the right where the image itself has a shadow backdrop. It includes a title, optional date & link, and an optional button.
Video articles have no description. If you want to have any articles side by side, then have them in a Collection.
Below is a quicklinks section. In quicklinks, you can link pages as destinations. The colour of the quicklinks will be determined by the destination's theme colour (who we are, careers, investor centre, governance), while the link name is determined by the page title.

Component: Person.
If you want to display a group of people, you must create their profile using the person content model, and then adding them into the profiles content model. Then, you link the profiles into a page section. We have disabled the option to render the person content model by itself. If you want to render just one person, you will need to create a profiles content model for that person. This is to ensure stability and standard styling.
This is a rich text field, which means you can do all sorts of formatting.

Demo Highlights
These are highlight details. The highlight now supports three types: numbered, icons, and statistics. The accent colour (number or icon colour) is determined by the section the highlight is on. For example, on a careers page, the accent colour is yellow. Icons are now supported and can be selected from a dropdown of available material icons.
CO2
Global CO2 levels have risen by 40% since the industrial revolution, highlighting the need for sustainable practices.
Global Reach
This highlight uses the Globe icon. The icon colour is determined by the section theme, not by a manual colour selection.
Security First
This highlight uses the Shield icon. Icons are selected from a dropdown of all available material icons in the icon registry.
Innovation
This highlight uses the LightBulb icon. The layout is a 2-column grid on larger screens and 1 column on mobile.
Submitting an application
All NZX vacancies are listed on Seek and Trade Me. Once you have applied for a role you will be taken to NZX's online Talent Propeller platform where you will be asked to enter your contact details, qualifications, remuneration expectations, and whether you are able to work in New Zealand.
CV and covering letter
You will be required to submit an up-to-date CV and covering letter with your application form.
Interviews
Interviews are a key step in NZX's selection process and our positions generally have two rounds of interviews. We think of interviews as a two-way-street because they give you an opportunity to find out whether NZX is the right fit for you too.
Competency based interviews
For certain roles, applicants will be required to conduct a competency-based interview focusing on NZX's values and the competencies aligned with them, plus any role-specific or technical skills, knowledge and experience.
Further assessment
For certain positions NZX may require you to complete an ability assessment or personality profiling. The testing is completed by an external organisation and in most cases can be done online.
Offer and final checks
NZX will contact you as soon as possible to advise whether you have been successful or not in your application. If you are successful a verbal offer is generally made in the first instance followed by a formal written offer. NZX's employment offers are conditional upon successful reference and criminal record checks being completed.
